Engagment Pictures

I am having them done next monday, and I don't know what FH and I should wear. HELP!!

I think you should ask your photographer what he suggests.

Depending on where you're taking them he/she might know what colors contrast the best.

I would stick to black....or monotones.

i ended up in a HUGE rush on our way out to our pics... and HATED my outfit and hair!!! smart move picking it out a head of time... my biggest suggustion is to wear something that you are comfortable in and feel good about yourself in...

When we first went for our pics, I was in a sweater with jeans and so was FH but with sneakers !! We thought they were going to take pics from the neck up.

We rescheduled and this time I wore a pretty sundress and he wore a collar shirt with dress slacks and shoes. It's good that you're thinking about it now. You don't want to have to make 2 trips like we did.

I would go w/ a pretty sundress for you, and nice pants and a dress shirt for Matt. Let me know how it goes. I am calling him this week for 'em. Post pics! Can't wait to see them!

My bro's photographer said stick w/ solid colors and something complimentary to e/o. However, we're taking our pics tomorrow & our photog said to wear something you are comfortable in...perhaps a sundress & sandals or khakis and a button down. Good luck!

We're taking our pictures in a couple of weeks in Central Park. I'm wearing a sundress and FH is wearing a collar shirt with nice slacks.. I can't wait to see your pics...

Have fun taking your pics!!!

I would stick to solids and stay away from prints. We didn't do e-pics but I know some girls like to wear 2 outfits, one dressy and the other casual. Make sure you and your FH's outfits complement each other well.

Also, it really depends on where you're having them taken to know what's appropriate. Hope this helps! Be sure to post them after you get the proofs back!!

For mine, I'm planning on wearing a shirt (sleeveless knit shirt from Banana Republic) with thick-ish horizontal stripes. Think I could get away with that? It's not really a print, per se...
