My wedding date is July 16th, 2011. I need a DOC because my family is from out of town and so is my florist. I would love to have someone to help direct my guests to where they need to be and help the florist become accustomed to ny ways. Also FIL's are divorced and it would be helpful to have someone to make sure they stay far away from each other and no scenes are caused!

I am getting married on June 24, 2011.
We could really use a DOC for so many different reasons. I used to be an event planner and my attention to every little detail is dead on. I feel its the small things that make the entire day magical. We are getting married at the Bay View House in Bay Shore and if you have ever been there, you will know its a huge open room with really nothing but windows. I have chose this place for this reason, for the 'open slate' as my FMIL keeps stating. But now that I bought all the decorations I'm so nervous they will not set it up correctly. And to think of all the visions I have of that day and the way the place will look to not be seen has caused me nightmares. I never thought I would be the person to have wedding nightmares but here I am 2 months away and have had them every day for the past month.
If I had a DOC frankly I would sleep better at night.

I am getting married on July 3, 2011
I need a DOC because I am an event planner and I know that I can't coordinate the day of my own wedding by myself. I know alot of work goes into coordinating on the wedding day and when I coordinate events, all of the stress is on me. On my wedding day, I don't want to worry about the stress that I deal with during my regular event planning job because I deserve to have a happy and stress-free day.

We're getting married on 11/4/11, and I need a DOC because I am a mess.
I'm great at planning things, and I'm a DIY addict, so I'm sure I'll have plenty of cute little details and extras for guests (and myself) to enjoy.
When it comes to execution, however, MrsMikeyT = not a clutch player. I wouldn't be surprised if I had a great big basket of flip-flops for all my guests, all wrapped up with a clever little poem in a frame next to it... and forgot my own shoes.
Not. Even. Kidding.
(I once bought 3 dresses for a wedding I was driving to in Canada that I wanted to look extra special for. Drove all night only to discover I'd left all 3 dresses at home.)

My wedding is on April 28, 2012. I need a coordinator because I am on a very tight budget and will not be able to afford to have one. This in the only day that will finally be about me and I want it to be perfect! And if I had a DOC i know i could relax and enjoy the day!

I would absolutely loveeeeeeeeeee a DOC! I am one of the most detail oriented and plan ahead type of people you will ever meet. However, the FH is a wee bit different. He's very relaxed and laid back about wedding plans - which is fine, I figured most men are! But I want to know we are going to have the whole wedding day agenda figured out, that there is going to be nothing left out, and if there is then someone will be there to ensure everything continues to run smoothly! Therefore, I really need a DOC to help me with this! (Unfotunately, my perfectionist tendencies happen to get the best of me sometimes and a DOC would really take some stress off me come wedding day!) It would also really make my FH feel a lot better if I didnt stress so much!

I am getting married 6/24/11.
A doc would not only an amazing gift to my fh and I but to my whole family. My aunt, who is also my godmother has cancer. We found out 2 weeks ago she is terminal. Shes only 49. My family is as close as they come and this news has everyone devastated. Its hard to be happy for my wedding when everyone is so sad. My mom is besides herself. This is not only her sister but her best friend. As much as a doc relieves a lot of stress from the bride and groom, I really want it for my mom. I want her to be able to relax the day of my wedding and truly get to enjoy herself. She would.do anything for anyone and as her only daughter she wants my day to be perfect, but I want it to be a perfect stress free day for her too. This would be an amazing gift and the perfect solution. Thank you!!!!

7-9-11. we really can use the help of a DOC as the wedding date gets closer we have more and more to do and knowing we can be stress-free with the help of the DOC will make the rest of the planning sooo much easier!

I love the details of the wedding and I am trying to delegate a few items to each bridesmaid to make sure they are executed properly the day of. I would much rather everyone be able to enjoy and to have less stress on me the day of.

I'm getting married 06/24/12. I would love to have a DOC but I'm on a tight budget and don't have the extra money for it. Both mine and my fiance's fathers passed away a few years ago and our mothers are on a fixed income. We are paying for the whole wedding on our own. I have been planning every detail of the wedding and making ALL of the decisions. My fiance is clueless about this stufff and I just hope I'm doing everything right. LOL! I have a stressful job and work long hours and don't have the time to make one single phone call to a vendor during the day. I TRIED to talk to my wedding officiant one afternoon and was interrupted 3 times by a co-worker! I wanted to just scream!!! I'm just really worried that work stress is going to affect my wedding day and that I'm going to forget or overlook something so important. I know when the day comes I'm going to be a nervous wreck hoping and praying that everything goes as planned. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. Our wedding date is July 31, 2011.
We need a day of coordinator to help everything run smooth on the day of the wedding. I have been very calm during the entire wedding process and I'm starting to get a little nervous that things will not run so smooth day of. I would like someone that would keep us on track throughout the day and to always remind me that no matter what this day is about our union and love.

Greg and I are getting married December 3, 2011.
Stress relief seems to be the most obvious reason of us wanting a DOC for our wedding! We have envisioned our wedding day as something that we want to remember for many years to come and having a DOC there will eliminate the possibility of added stress. We want to dance, eat and drink the day of our wedding and I don't want to know about any problems; We want to enjoy our first day as husband and wife and look back on all the stress and late night conversations/decisions we have already had thus far and just laugh! I am getting married 11/12/11.
DOC= DOCTOR???? because I need one! Between this wedding planning and buying a house I am LOSING MY MIND!!!
I am usually so organized and OCD about things, but with having too much on the plate I keep forgetting things. I have put a lot of effort thus far into the small details of the wedding and I am already worried about how these things are going to find their place on the day of and if everything is going to run smoothly. I would love to just enjoy the wedding day and a DOC is just what I need.

I'm getting married on March 23, 2012 and would love a DOC!
I really wanted to get one but FH is refusing. I would love the peace of mind to know there is someone there looking out for everything I would want to look out for but won't have the time. I don't think I'm particularly high strung or OCD about things but I do get pretty emotional when bad things happen so if a vendor wasn't there when they were supposed to be it would be fantastic to have someone on top of it before I even knew it was an issue.
I love my family but I don't think any of them will stand up for what needs to be done and I know FH won't which will put me in a hard spot for the wedding day. I hope I win but thanks for the opportunity regardless. I have heard wonderful things!!!

My wedding in on Friday, October 5, 2012.
I would LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOVE a DOC to help me out!! My biggest fear is everything will be a big mess and not run smoothly. I'm so worried about my timeline and would love some help trying to figure it all out!! I honestly don't even know where to start!
FH knows how frazzled and stressed I get, so he would love it if I was able to have a stress and worry free day!

Our wedding is August 11, 2012.
We would feel honored to have a DOC for our wedding! Planning is very stressful because we both live together in Boston, MA and our wedding is on Long Island. I am currently a full time graduate student and I will literally finish classes one week before my wedding! We would be so excited to have someone help us throughout the wedding process and we can't wait for our big day:)

A DOC would be really great because while we've done a lot of the big things, there are still a lot of small things to take care of.
And I also have to mention that my parents are divorced and don't get along well. So having a DOC would be really great to have someone too worry about keeping everyone happy, so that I don't have to do it, which is what usually happens. Which is how it's been since I was a little kid.
Plus, my FH has a very large Irish family, so there's also the worry that some people might drink too much and get a little out of hand.
I really don't want to have to worry about these things on what's suppose to be the happiest day of my life!
Please help...a DOC would really help my day run smoothly!
