Prize includes:

My wedding date is 9/9/11!
I need a DOC, because I am anal, narcotic and I do not do well under pressure (day of wedding I will be a bridezilla). Having someone to help me out the day of my wedding would make me feel a lot calmer and take pressure off of me should something go wrong.

I so need a wedding coordinator. I am the MOST disorganized person in the world.I ave all different vendors, a large bridal party and very vocal family members. I would have loved to get a coordinator but I coudln't afford it. I've heard fabulous things about POC and would love to make them a part of my wedding!

I'm getting married on April 29, 2012.
I need a DOC because this is one of the most important days of my life .. and I need some help!
My MOH/sister has a 19-month-old, and is currently pregnant with her second child (who will only be 6-months-old at my wedding) .. so she's really not able to help with very much.
And my FH currently lives in Toronto .. so besides lots of money being spent on flights to see one another instead of saving the wedding, I also don't really have him to help me with any of the planning .. except on the occassional weekends that he's here in NY! :(

My wedding is 7/2/2011 at the Crest Hollow
I would love to win this because I know there will be a lot to do on the day of the wedding and, as of right now, I don't really have a plan to get it all done. Knowing that there would be an extra set of hands would really put my mind at ease and allow me to fully enjoy the day.

I definently need a DOC b/c I want my FH, Family and me to be the most relaxed on our day. Most weddings in my family it's the family that has taken the roles of coordinating and it has prevented them from enjoying the day. I don't want this to happen at my wedding. I want my family to not have to worry about anything and just enjoy my day and remember it for years to come. I am also incorporating a 5 de Mayo theme and i need someone to guide me in the right direction so that my wedding still looks classy and chic and not a regular mexican fiesta!

I need a DOC because I am really obsessive and want everything to be perfect , so much that I feel like if I don't have a DOC, I won't take the time to actually enjoy my wedding day!

As an event planner, I need a DOC to make it feel like my day and not just another day of work. I spend my time coordinating events for other people and I can see myself doing that for my wedding. It would be great to be able to just have someone who I can trust there taking care of all the details and letting me just be a bride not having to worry about the event running smoothly, just about eating yummy cake. I would love a DOC and would be grateful if I won this contest.

I am a person who likes things very organized but crumble when its the day of an important event and I get very nervous. I think a DOC would help me to stay focus on whats really important my husband and family while taking care of all the chaos that may occur.

I knew from the engagement I did not want to hire a wedding planner, because I was very excited to pick out and plan all the little details by myself! That has been a great decision thus far and I am thoroughly enjoying the process and am staying very organized. However, when it comes to executing all these little details I’ve been planning on the day of, I think that is a completely different story!
For the most part I can keep my composure when dealing with an issue and work it out, that is, when I am mentally and emotionally available. However, for some reason I feel like at least emotionally, I will certainly not be available! Sure, I have my mother (but she’s very disorganized), my sister (and maid of honor but she’s out of town), two other out of town BMs and one who is planning to be pregnant! So I really don’t want to ask too much of them. I can delegate tasks of course, but meticulous me wouldn’t feel 100% confident unless there was one person overseeing it all to make sure no balls were dropped.
I want to focus on the reason for the occasion: committing myself to the love of my life and my best friend. I don’t want my head to be clouded with the little nuances of the day. I want to be able to sit back, take a deep breath, and let the day sink in. Since I am planning it myself, I really want to be able to enjoy and appreciate all the details and hard work I will be putting in over the next year!
In short, I want peace of mind on my wedding day, and I believe that a DOC from “Piece of Cake” would be the perfect way for me to have that! Thank you for considering me!

Our wedding date is 10/21/11
I always wanted a DOC, but unfortunately it doesn't fit into our very tight budget. I get so anxious thinking about the day and what might go wrong, and that everyone will be looking to ME for the answers! I'm already thinking of the drinks I'll need to combat the stress!
I also want a DOC because I think it will be fun to have someone there who is apart from everything and they might get a kick out of my crazy family and friends! I think it may be mutually beneficial! I think the DOC would have a good time at my wedding! We are planning a big party

I need a Day of Coordinator to relieve the pressure the day of my wedding so that I can just be a bride. It's not in my budget but it would be a pleasure to have someone else take charge.

This would be such a lifesaver even though I'm getting married in two years. The official date is 4/21/2013. Me and my future husband JJ are paying for most of the wedding ourselves. I work full time, and take online night classes. JJ works full time and picks up hours at his old job to make extra cash for the wedding. Since i'm so busy with school and work, it would be so helpful to have a DOC. I'm a very detail oriented person and i'm already stressing two years in advance!! I would just love to have someone there to make sure my day goes smoothly, I want to enjoy my wedding

We are getting married on 10/14/11.
I would LOVE the luxury of having DOC for our wedding. I have been having a lot of health problems recently and I'm scheduled to have surgery next month. With everything going on wedding planning has taken a backseat and I'm starting to get very overwhelmed with all the catching up I have to do. Having a DOC will definitely help alleviate some of the stress. Wedding planning should be fun and exciting, not a burden. Thanks for the opportunity and good luck everyone!!!

Wedding Date: 4-15-2012
We need a DOC because we are both finishing school and busy finding jobs. Having a DOC would make it one less thing I have to worry about and know my day going off without a hitch would mean A LOT, but isn't something we can even afford at the moment.

Our wedding date is July 2, 2011. This is also my 23rd birthday.Kenny and I have been together for 6 ½ years .. You could call it High school sweethearts and we are ready to start the next chapter in our lives together as husband and wife. Kenny and I both come from very big families he is Portuguese and I am Italian together our guest list was a little over 300 guest. Trying to infuse both cultures & traditions together for the wedding was difficult. We couldn’t find a venue that was reasonable, could accommodate the amount of guest and both cultures traditional foods. So we decided to have it to the Portuguese American Center in Farmingville, NY… but because it’s not a normal catering hall we have to do something’s to it. We also have a Caterer coming from NJ to cater both the Portuguese and Italian food. Eight people serving the cocktail hor'derves & dinner buffet. No maître’d. DJ is from Mineola. Florist is from Mineola. Linens & Cocktail tables from Farmingville. The Photographers from Mineola. The Limos. And My Crazy Family.. Like most couples now we are paying for about 90% of the wedding. Our parents helped out as much as they can. We both have worked so hard and have a lot of different vendors and no one at the venue directing. A DOC would lift so much stress off my shoulders and I would feel the need to drive to my Venue the morning of my wedding to make sure everything is set up right. We could relax and enjoy our day.

My wedding date is July 15th, 2011.
There are only 79 days left until the wedding, and I am doing my best not to panic. FH and I both work full time, and our work schedules are completely opposite (he works nights, I work days). Needless to say, that makes it hard for us to plan the wedding together. I end up doing a lot of it myself and the stress is enough to drive me crazy. Nine times out of ten, I have no idea what I'm doing. A DOC will really take the edge off and allow me to focus on the joy of the wedding without the stress of the details.

I would love to have a Day of Coordinator because I am meticulous when it comes to details. I am event planner myself and I am worried that I am going to be obsessing over the little details like I do for work! I would so much rather be enjoying myself then worrying if the favors are placed correctly on the table!!! Having a Day of Coordinator would put my mind at ease because I know that they are more than likely as detail oriented as I am. I know what it's like to plan events and I know I would be a great client!

My wedding date is September 8, 2012 at Thatched Cottage.
I am in total need of a DOC! FH is in law school and super busy and I average 60 hours a week at work! With our super busy schedules we want to make sure that our day is special and that we are both relaxed and theat everything goes off without a hitch. I am marrying my best friend and who doesn't want that day to be special? I've always wanted a DOC but it just wasn't in the budget, so this would be a dream come true!!!
