Enter to win a free day of coordinator for your wedding from Piece of Cake Events! Have your wedding day run super smoothly by having a fabulous day of coordinator from Piece of Cake Events! They will take care of every detail on your big day so you can enjoy every single amazing moment.

Prize includes:

* 10 hours of service on the day of your wedding
* Unlimited contact via email and telephone during the length of the contract
* Initial and final meetings
* Create detailed wedding day timeline
* Confirm and verify all wedding day vendors
* Coordinate bridal party entrance at ceremony and reception locations
* Set up all ceremony decor (programs, aisle runner, flowers, religious items, etc)
* Inspection of reception room decor and set up any special items (favors, menus, etc)
* Care of wedding gown
* Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.

Our Wedding is 12/10/2011!!

We are getting married at Lombardi's on the Sound in Port Jeff. My FH Rob and I have been together for almost 12 years so we have been waiting for this day for soooooooooooo long!

We are super excited for our big day and it is so important to me that our day has alot of personal touches to it. I would love to have a DOC but I have so many other things that a tight budget needs to cover first that I just don't think I am going to be able to afford one =(. I am already worrying that things will be left behind or not put in the right place beacuse I have alot of little things to make our day special for our guests!! Please Please Please pick me...This would really make our day so much easier and enjoyable for all involved! Thanks!

We would absolutely LOVE to have a DOC. We are still unsure of a date for the wedding, but we are shooting for May or June of 2012. It seems like we are late in the game and all of the places we love are booked till July which is not a month we were looking to get married in. A DOC would be such a blessing and much needed addition to our final wedding day since we have people traveling from all over the country for our wedding day and there is going to be chaos leading up to the day. Help is ALWAYS Needed from a sane individual :)

We would like a DOC because we have no idea what were doing! lol. Unfortunately we cant afford one so without one we will just have to wing it.

Hello,

We are getting married on 7/3/2012. It''s a weekday and I know many people who would help otherwise will go to work as they are of the next day. I am a DYI bride and am having panic attacks worrying about the set up a the hall (ceremony and reception at the same location)and everything else being in-line to what I have envision. I have started to make some items, others I am not sure which way to go! I need direction and someone with skills way above mine to give opinion and guidance....a DOC! My fiance and I are in the same boat as others, paying for the wedding ourselves. It is hectic and wish I could afford a DOC, but my cost are up..a wedding to pay for and a son going to college!

A DOC would be such a HUGE impact on my preparation phase of the wedding and the final execution! I plan on having 175-200 people...okay that gave me a panic attack again as I was thinking of favors . I hope you can give me the opportunity to feel care free and stress free on my big day. I would love the expertise of a Coordinator! Being that my FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves its just not in the budget to hire one! Having a coordinator would help ease my stress the day of the wedding (10/7/2011) so that we maybe able to enjoy the time more with our family and friends1

I am getting married on October 2, 2011 in East Northport.

I would LOVE to win this prize! We do not have it in our budget to hire a Planner or DOC. I am doing all of the planning myself and there are so many tiny details that I have been stressing over - I need to create a timeline. Who is going to make sure the day goes according to that timeline? Which vendors will need final payments? Who do we tip? And how much? And when? Who will be in charge of making sure there are no issues with any of the vendors? If there is an issue, who is going to deal with it? etc... The answer right now is me. I will have to take care of all those things (among other things, I'm sure) I also have a large wedding party made up of outspoken siblings and a few rambunctious children that I will have to keep in line and on schedule throughout the day. It would be great to know that I can just relax and not have to worry about all of the tiny details on the one day that I really shouldn't have to.

My wedding day is April 28, 2013. We have already had a 2 year engagement and we are waiting another 2 years to try to save up some money for what we could create for our dream wedding.

I want a DOC mainly to allow everyone to enjoy the day without worries. I would like to feel like a guest at my own wedding, as well as my FH. My mother is constantly driving me insane any time the wedding is mentioned because of money. She isn't thinking about anything but money. It is true that my parents are helping us, but without their generosity, we would not be having a wedding, we would be eloping due to financial contraints. My father believes its his duty to give all the day of envelopes and I would rather him sit back and enjoy the day. His little girl is getting married and I want him to be able to sit back and relax as well.

I hope whoever wins this prize realizes how lucky they are!

Need one is an understatement! We are getting married on 10/9/11. I go to school in Albany and have not had the opportunity to do much wedding anything since this year. I never realized until this year just how much is involved in regards to weddings.
Unfortunately, a DOC isn't really in our budget. We bought a house and so everything is pretty much going to that now!

Having a DOC would truly be a blessing!

I would love to have a Day of Coordinator. I think it is extremely important to me because I don't really have too many people to help. There are only 3 bridesmaids and 1 usher. Those are the people I would normally ask for help from and it would be nice to not have to bother them so they can enjoy themselves. I can actually see myself taking things I probably shouldn't. I think the Day of Coordinator concept is great and very needed by all of us.

My fingers are crossed!!!

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win a DOC. Unfortunately our budget just doesn't allow for one @ this time. I am having a large wedding (200+ guests) and would love to have additional help on our BIG day. My family & bridal party have been sooo helpful but having a professional help with the few weeks prior & on the day of, would help tremendously. I am a very stressful person so having someone there that could calm me down would also be amazing. It would be great to have someone that knows exactly what to do, what to say & how to complete all the last minute things that help make our day amazing.
I would LOVE to win this & cant wait for the results

Our Big Day : March 4, 2012

I would LOVE to win this because of many reasons:
1. We don't have DOC is our budget.
2. Having a mental meltdown on my wedding isn't cute
3. I would love CS long time if I was to win!!!

I am getting married on 12 May 2012 at Giorgio's.

I'm in the military and currently serving overseas which has made planning this wedding very difficult. My FH's family is from the west coast and my entire bridal party will be from OOT. When I return from this assignment I will still not be living in NY or near Long Island, and so having a DOC will help ease my mind and have everyone in the wedding be able to relax.

Because DOC's work with so many vendors I hope to rely on their judgement when choosing my vendors leading up to the wedding (I currently only have 1 selected). I want to ensure that the wedding is enjoyed by everyone, and so by relying on my DOC I won't have to bother my family with little tasks and running around to places that may be unfamiliar to them being that they are OOT.

I have heard great things about PIece of Cake events and I would love more than anything to be able to utilize a DOC, and by winning one, this will allow me to use the money I would have spent on upgrading something else OR putting it towards all those fees and expenses we all forget about (umm tips and taxes!)

My wedding date is November 5, 2011.

A DOC is not in our budget right now because we are trying to cut back on any non-necessities, but I know that it would be a huge help. There are some details for the day of the wedding that I am worried about and I do not want my MOH or mother to worry about them.

I would love to have a DOC so that I can actually enjoy the day. I dont want to worry about the little things. I am very worried about forgetting something and loosing track of time. I know that having a DOC would definitely put my mind at ease and make my day a memorable one, not only for my guests but also for me

HELP!!! I desparately need a Day of Coordinator for my October 15, 2011 wedding. I feel overwhelmed wondering how all the hard work I've done is going to come together on the day of the wedding. Knowing that there is someone there to oversee everything and make sure everything falls in to place would be a lifesaver!
