Entertaining OOT Guests

Do I need to arrange something for my OOT guest for the day of our wedding? On Friday, we're hosting a Cocktail Party. On Saturday our wedding is at 5:00 so I'm curious if I should set up a vineyard tour or something. My FH is playing golf, again, that day; so I was thinking of doing 'Golf with the Groom' at 9:00. However, I am getting my hair done early afternoon, so I can't really show up at an event. Should I arrange something for my guests even though I can not attend? Any ideas on what I should do if so? We're getting married on the North Fork, so a tour is really the only thing I can think of.
