How does the bride and groom get announced? Mr & Mrs Christopher S***** or Mr & Mrs S*****?

I'm trying to fill out these djs forms and I want to make sure I put the right things.

You just let your dj know how you want to be introduced. A friend of mine hates the Mr. and Mrs. Christopher S***** b/c she feels it takes away from the female's identity. I don't really care one way or another.

You can do whatever you want --we did Mr. & Mrs Kevin and Jean Last Name or Jean and Kevin Last Name I can't remember!!! I almost just did our first names since I just added DH's last name to my last name.
