Envelope Disaster!!!!

I am SO ready to just email everyone about the wedding!!!! My invites are basically a No. 10 business envelope size (the long ones) I figured I would save some money and not use a caliigrapher, and just do the envelopes myself on the computer. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! I have been practicing on the No. 10 envelopes I bought and each time I print one, it prints in a different spot!!!! I am using Microsoft Word...does anyone have any other suggestions??????? PLEASE HELP!!!!

I printed my envelopes in power point. A piece of advice so you don't keep wasting envelopes is cut a few pieces of regular paper to the same size as your envelopes and run those through the printer until you get it right.

I am doing the outer envelopes only & it's alittle less then $1.00 but I heard of website yesterday called Inkspun.com which is only .39 cnts each. I would just bite the bullet if you can and get them done this way. I think you will be very happy.

edit your page size to the size of the envelope....dont use the envelope wizard....then try to print them out.

measure your envelope with a ruler. go into word and set up the margins to that size. t that is the size of the envelope so where ever you type the text is where it will show up when your print it..
