is there like a software thing you can DL or use to just put everyone addys in a word file and just let the printer go and it will print them??
you can mail merge using word. I am not sure how exactly to do it but under mailings and letters theres mil merge hth
I just typed all my addresses in word as if I was typing labels...I printed that and gave them to the calligrapher...she said it made it much easier for her.
I did mine in excel & then a mail merge when I did my stds
I am sorry, I misread your original post...duh...sorry...what are the addresses for.....wedding invitations or thank yous? if you have word you can type them in as labels.
We have all the guest info in Access and FH did a mail merge, and we just matched the font as best as we could, we fed each envelope through the laser printer on manual feed
