How about a Yankee themed cake? Navy and white tablecloths, napkins, etc. You could do Navy and White M&M's in little bags for favors

Yay! I am a huge Yankee fan. how about a mock Yankee Marquee 'announcing' your engagement? Something along those lines? Get some cracker jack boxes and personalize them... if you do it right...it won't be like an 8 yr olds' party. LOL. Sooooo much fun!

I agree. I think that's a great theme although I am a Mets fan. I saw the brides review that had a Yankee-theme wedding and it looked really nice.

To be honest with all of you I don't care if it looks like an 8 year olds birthday party!! As long as its everything Yankees... than its good with me LoLoL ... Some of the ideas have been great, and thank you for those...

I'm just happy that to some extent the wedding planning has taken a 'sports' turn... Never in my wildest dreams did I see Colleen agreeing to it...

maybe get jersey's made up for the BP and GM so they can wear them that day for your party and for the day of while everyone is getting ready?
