EParty Favors - New Idea - Need Advice

Ok so I'm finally starting to actually plan my eparty. We have set the date and are still looking at invitations. However, one thing I am stuck on is a favor. I know many of you already had your parties or are coming up on them. What did you all do for favors? I want something practical...something they can either use or eat. I also have to keep in mind....what am I using for wedding favors? I obviously cant use the same things. So really I have two questions:

What are you (or did you) using for favors for your eparty?
What are you using for favors at your wedding?

Ok my newest idea:

What do you think about personalized stemless wine glasses filled with personalized hershey kisses and/or personalized m&m's in the wedding colors?

Do you think people would like the personalized glass or should I not personalize the glass and just personalize the candy?

I did cupcakes. Everyone really liked them. There are pictures in my engagement album. I probably will do wine as a favor for the wedding. I personally really like edible favors.

I am doing cupcakes as my dessert I think. We met a lady at a showcase that does mini cupcakes and they are soooo good! I'm going to call her to go in to talk about doing it as dessert.

What kind of wine are you doing for the wedding? Like a whole bottle of wine for every person? Or mini bottles? I was thinking of putting a bottle of wine in the hotel bags.

The cupcakes I actually did myself. For the wine...I am not sure what we are going to do. Mini bottles are nice or I was thinking one regular bottle per couple. Honestly, I am trying to get FH to pick a RH with me. If I start talking to him about favors he mighr kill me, lol

We made our save the date magnets the favors. We put one in an organza bag and glued the personalized ribbon on it. It was a big hit.

this is my favor...filled with mints...tied with ribbon and thank you tag

i agree that the favor needs to be practical! people don't want junk! i love my jar, people can use it for candy, sugar, cotton balls in bathroom, desk for paperclips etc.

if you're doing a bbq, y dont you try to do something bbq themed?

like bbq sauce? or salt/pepper shakers?

My MOH/sister and I ordered cupcake boxes from Oriental Trading and made red velvet cupcakes for everyone to take home. We also had little boxes (like the Brides kit kind) on every table w/ hershey kisses in them.

It was a hit!
