Last week of may/first week of june....You dont want it to be too last minute, ya know? (I would personally send them the last week of may...)

ehh..for me..depends on preparation..
like.. how much do u have to prepare for each guest ahead of time? if it plays a hugee factor wheather u have 15 or 50 ppl..then send them out end of may..
if it doesnt make that big of a diff, mail them out later like 1st week of june.
if u send them out too early, ppl will be canceling, then uncancelling yadda yaddaa

i would send it a couple weeks before the rsvp date... i think the first week in june would be fine

I say go for day after Memorial Day...get them out there then. With no mail delivery on Memorial Day things can get backed up with junk mail. You don't want your invite to get stuck in some pennysaver by accident.

I see everyone says last week of May but you need to remember people book up fast in the summer so you might want to do it earlier

Thanks for the responses. FH is a little worried that end of may only gives everyone a month to RSVP..so we'll probably do the week before memorial day (close enough lol) I want to make sure everyone marks their calenders since July is usually a busy month!

I think you should mail them the first week of may because keep in mind a lot of people travel in the summer! if you really want them to be part of your e party then do it a little earlier jmo

Funny! I just asked the same q and our E-parties are almost the same date...
Mine is July 11th- we're planning to send them out May 11th w/ an RSVP of June 11th. We need to rent all the tables & chairs so we need a good number of people going. Plus we have a lot of OOTers + we have a lot of people who never RSVP to things.
In response to my post though, a very good point was made. People book up very quickly in the summer, so sending them out earlier is better.
Like I said, we have some additional concerns- renting things, lots of OOTers- so I think we will stick with the May 11th mailing date. If you don't have those issues- after hearing the suggestions about being booking up quickly in the summer- I'd try and send them out by May 20th.
