Now that I have finally scheduled the epics I am thinking about what to wear, etc.
Did you get your hair and makeup done for your epics? Why or why not?

i didn't get my hair and makeup done... i wanted to look as natural as possible and i also wanted it to be casual. we did them at sunken meadow and we didn't want to seem overdressed on the beach and around trees. pics

Yes, I did. I got my makeup done because I rarely wear any and I wanted my face to look natural and flawless. I just got my hair blown out (it's naturally curly). I just wanted to look like the best version of myself for our photos.

I am going today and I plan on just doing my hair and makeup myself. I wanted to get my makeup done, but I don't really have the time to do it.

i didn't get either one done. my hair is naturally curly so i did what i always do and just put mousse in it. i dont wear makeup on a regular basis so i wanted to look like myself in our epics since i'll be all done up for the wedding pics. i did put some mascara on and some very, very light eye shadow.

I got my make up done. I was going to get my hair done but it was so muggy out that it would have frizzed if it was blown out. I'm not 100% happy with how my hair was that day because it was so humid

I got my hair and makeup done, but i really didnt like the hair. A friend of a friend did it...if you are going to do it def go to a salon. I got my makeup done at the MAC counter in NYC and just gave her a tip...I LOVED it! I told her I wanted something natural and that is exactly what I got and it looked amazing.

nope - i had epics done twice - once was for free, a photog was looking for people to use in their portfolio - and then i had my real epics with Angelica Glass a few weeks ago - i have pics from both in my album - i did my own hair and make up for both...

I had my makeup done for my epics. I wanted to look extra special since these were the first professional pics FH and I would have together.

I am planning on doing it myself .. I did buy a new foundation (Dior airflash - airbrush makeup) so that my skin will look flawless and i will be doing my hair myself.

I got my hair and makeup done. The makeup was because I only own mascara and didn't want to look washed out in the pictures. Hair I only got done because I needed my roots touched up and I was in the salon getting my makeup done so why not.

I also have to plan my outfit and hair and makeup out. My E-pic shoot is the 22nd of this month. I might just get my makeup done and leave my hair the way it is regularly.

i had hair and make up professionally done. I hate doing my hair and seriously have no patience at all, i wish i was able to be like others who have the patience to actually take the time to do their hair lol. At the time my hair was longer and since my hair is so thin, it can look stringy and just blah and didnt want that for the pics.
Make up-I dont know how to work with eyeshadow lol and i dont wear alot of foundation, concealer or any of that on my face. I know that in pics you can end up looking pale or just not that great, well for me at least lol. I wanted to make sure i didnt look washed out, had dark circles or any of that since i wear sheer foundation

I am def going to have my hair blown out and I've been debating about whether to have my makeup done as well. I would like to but time is a factor for me since I'll be coming straight from work. I don't want to look overly done up but I do want to look like the best version of myself.

I set up a hair appointment at 9:30 in the morning, then to get my hair blown out, and then my epics are at 12:30!! hahahahaha!!

I had mine taken yesterday. I did my own hair, but I scheduled a make-up trial for before the pics so it would be done.

I did my own hair and makeup. I have curly hair and I wanted it curly so I did it myself. And I didn't have time to go get my makeup done. So I did it myself.
