You can call up to schedule tastings there. FH and I went to pick up a cake there for his grandmother's birthday, (and to try it of course since our hall uses it) and it was really good! and while I was there the lady offered to schedule us for a tasting (but we were happy w/ the flavor we did try!)

Here is our cake from Erga, WM uses them also. The cake looked pretty, but I regret not going for a tasting because the combo was sort of tasteless.

We went for a tasting with them since out RH uses them. The cake was pretty good. We also ordered a cake from them for our cake boxes...red velvet with cheesecake filling

I kept it very simple, got one of the cakes in the book and had my florist decorate. We had napoleon cake and it was yummy!
