i asked a woman i work with about them, she says all of their stuff is delicious. i cant say from experience, but i think im gonna go by there soon and check them out for myself.
i know they are located in bethpage

they do the cakes for scotto brothers right?

yes they do Scottos...

I had it at my wedding...the cake was horrible!!! BUT i think its what we picked...I dont think it was the cake!

yea they do the scottos....im going to try and bring in an outside baker, but i dont know if they will let me.

marble cake w/ canolii filling! They said it was the best cake...but boy was that not true!

if you want canolli that didnt taste bad...i really wanted frresh fruit...banna and strawberries...but they said we cant do that bc of the season or whatever..so i just took his advice and took that marble cake! I honestly thought it was me...until a few ppl said it wasnt good! So I looked at Alex the next day and said it really wasnt good how can we save this top layer for a year?! I said lets try it again...so we did and w/ 1 slice the rest went into the trash!

I know you have alreaay gotten a couple of answers. I used to work at Erga Bakery in high school. but I storngly suggest that u check out Dortoni on Hempstead Turnpike not only do they look excellent but they taste great as well.

They did the cake for my wedding. We had cannoli and chocolate mousse. It tasted very good the day of the wedding.

Cakes by Jay, he is amazing... to say the least, he is in glen cove, also Dortonis in Levittown, have been going there since I was a little girl, they are so so good.

Man, what do you do if you dont want the cake fromt hem? we are doing the whole vienesse thing.. I hope ther desserts are good...

Our cake was all chocolate, with cannoli and chocolate mousse fillings and it was delish! I heard nothing but raves about it.

i went to cakes by jay...$800 for my cake with a discount UM NO! i'd rather spend that money on my honeymoon!

They are a great bakery...I grew up in Bethpage and everyone goes there..they make the best wedding cakes too...They do all the wedding cakes for the Scotto reception halls..let me know if i can be of anymore help...my sis used to work there haha
