Ering insurance

Ering insurance

Hi Ladies,

My sister got engaged on Sunday (yeah!!!) and needs to get her ring insured. Now I added a rider to my renters insurance but she does not have or want renters insurance.

Did any of you ladies get a seperate policy for your ring that is not attached to a home owners or renters policy?

Have her speak with an insurance agent, or try Jewlers Mutual.

Mine is attached to my homeowner's policy.

We got my ring insured through Jewelers Mutual.

I wouldn't trust my apartment complex since we requested renters insurance but I don't think we are actually getting any (not a good thing).

We got a separate policy, just don't know which one offhand.

we have a sep policy through Nationwide for my ering.

Nope. Geico told us we couldn't insure my ring w/o a renter's policy. But I wanted renter's insurance anyway.

Mine is attached to my HO insurance now, but when I got engaged I was living with my dad. I got mine insured through State Farm.

Yes, but many other insurance companies offer jewelry policies.
