Hey girls -- I am getting married outside by the water, so I dont think doing just an escort card will work for us in case of wind, etc? I want to do a picture frame with everyone's name listed but was wondering if anyone had any ideas I could see? I was thinking getting some sort of oaktag and typing out all the names, etc, listing them in ABC order and putting the table # next to it? Or listing table #'s with names? I'm not sure? I was going to do 2 so everyone didn't have to crowd around 1 board... ANY ideas will help!!

I think your train of thinking is pretty good. I think your idea is EXCELLENT for an outdoor setting!!!
I like the 4th picture on this website. I think that you can DIY. Michael's does custom matting and you can make the chat in Microsoft word and have it blown up at Office max or Staples

you could also do place cards that are heavier.. like a shell or something maybe
