Re: espo.....(no drama, i promise!)

anything for you hayley lol...i write it from memory so excuse me if its a little all over the place lol

ingredients:
chicken
flour
eggs
parmigan cheese
salt
pepper
chicken broth
lemon
dry white wine
butter
milk

beat the chicken first

then in a bowl beat two eggs, and mix in 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 parmigan cheese with the eggs

on another plate put the flour in there and mix a little salt and pepper with the flour

heat up a pan with olive oil

then you take the chicken and put it in the flour first and then in the eggs

put the chicken in the pan and let it cook for 2-4 mins on each side or until golden brown

then take the chicken out (put it on a plate with paper towel to let it soak the oil a little

then in the pan you're going to leave the oil in there and add these ingredients:

1/4 cup of flour and mix in butter with it
1/4 chicken broth
squeeze one whole lemon
1/4 dry white wine
mix those together for a little bit

then put the chicken back in the pan and let it cook for a few mins.

Extra tips: taste the sauce and see if its to your liking, if its too thick you can add some water...sometimes its too bitter or salty bc of the chicken broth. if its too thin the sauce you can add a little more flour. just play with it until its at your liking
