Espresso Machines?

Espresso Machines?

Can you tell me which espresso machine you registered for (or have) and why? FH and I want to register for one but I'm not sure which one to get. We definitely don't want a super-expensive one ($500+) but we don't want a really cheap one either. There are just so many options out there!

I'm comfortable using all the tools attachments (thanks to my stint at Starbucks) so it doesn't have to be beginner level. Thanks!!

I don't drink coffee but FH and my mom both have & love the krups one- there are a few variations and they are all great. We have given them as gifts too and everyone has been happy.

Nespresso makes a GREAT espresso machine! And it's not that expensive either...I think less than $200. I bought one for my brother and FSIL when they got engaged.....and you don't need a PhD to use it!

Hey..I saw your post on the NW board, and meant to look mine up. We have this one Nespresso

I don't really use it, DH drinks the espresso, but I think its extremely easy and he likes it.

We had the Krups one, but didnt' like it. So, we returned it and bought an imported one- it's a Gaggia and we got it for $200 off the internet. Now, THAT's an espresso machine

Wow--thanks so much for your responses! Keep 'em coming! I didn't even think about the post-wedding discount in case we want to buy it for ourselves! What a good idea

I'd give the Nespresso Machine a try. My brother has it and it's so easy to use and makes great coffee.
