Essence Band? Jill Gioia

Has anyone heard of the Essence Band? they're managed by IGMC and are formerly the Jill Gioia band.

Apparently they're amazing... like a superstar band and every member has played on Broadway and with vocal stars like Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Janet Jackson.

Just wondering if anyone has info or input. Thanks!

I know this is a super late reply, I was just searching to see if anyone else had posted anything about Essence. We booked them months ago for our wedding over Labor Day weekend. I need to follow up with them and set up a time to go over everything. DId you end up booking this band?

We put down a deposit for them and then felt uncomfortable after a series of oddities...the manager filled out the contract completely wrong, they couldn't guarantee the actual members of the band that we saw in the videos...we cancelled and got our money back.

My FH and I considered Miracle, which is also managed by IGMC. We loved the band but was so turned off by the manager, who was very pushy... Constant emails and phone calls. So annoying!
