What is the proper etiquette for wearing underwear on your wedding day? I would like to surprise my FH.

Re: etiquette
Meaning.. you want to go without? I think it would be unnoticable in most dresses, except... be careful if you do the garter thing!

If you think you will be comfortable -- sure why not?? Go commando on your wedding day. Just watch out for the garter thing.

I don't think Emily Post has a chapter on THAT! Just do what you feel comfy doing. I'd consider it carefully though. if your crenaline slips, someone has to get under there to fix it, you'd be surprised how uch peopel are u your dress all day. Also, whether or not you do the garter thing. If FH is the only one who sees it, no prob, nice surprise, but there will be a lot of eyes (and cameras) watching. Decide when you get the dress, see if you feel you'll be covered

Re: etiquette
Um - Uglybride - don't you have better things to do in Chicago then post on this website? You could have stayed home to do that and - say - done something slightly more useful than this...
And tell Brian I said Happy Birthday

Re: etiquette
Funny, I read the post and the name and felt bad for the poor girl who nicknamed herself Uglybride.
I, too, think it's funny, but that's easy because he doesn't belong to me. (Like when you think your brother's bad kids are funny.)
