Hi, did anyone order the birdhouse card box through Etsy- if so how long did it take to get it? I ordered mine on 12/22 and still have not received it. I am new to Etsy and not sure what to do- I emailed the seller over a month ago and he told me turnaround time was 3-5 weeks? Help!!

Re: Etsy Birdhouse cardbox
Can you follow up with the seller again? If not I would start going through Pay Pal and putting in a claim. Which seller did you use? There are two that sell on there and from what I heard one of them really doesnt do such high quality!

I would contact the seller again to find out the status of the cardbox.

Re: Etsy Birdhouse cardbox
HI
I also ordered my birdhouse jan 2nd and have not received it. I am not sure which seller you bought yours from but we may of used the same person. Either way I spoke to the seller and he had a family loss and was also featured in two well known wood/ birdhouse magazines so that is also increasing the demand of his products. Either way you can call the number on his site. Hes a very nice and professional guy.
