I ordered a necklace for my Mom on Etsy (for her wedding present). I placed the order Thursday May 28th and haven't heard anything from the seller since then. My credit card has been charged. I emailed them last night asking for an ETA, but haven't heard anything. How long would you wait before taking it up further with Etsy?
Did they give you an estimated delivery date? If not, I would give it another day, email them one more time, then contact the Etsy customer service. If they DID give you a delivery date and it's been more than a few days, I'd skip contacting the seller again and go right to Etsy.
The original email says things are shipped within 5-7 business days. I just checked on Etsy and it say it was shipped. But in the store policies it says all items are shipped with tracking, but I never received a tracking #.
The seller that i used for my bracelet took 1 month to make my bracelet. I would ask the seller if the necklace has been shipped and what is the track# just to see what the seller tells you.
