ETSY Rant!!

Over a month ago I ordered a memorial candle for FHs dad. The vendor got back to me within minutes and was great. Soooo, I decided to order my unity candle from the same vendor. Well, we've gone back and forth 3 times with proofs. The last proof I got was Feb. 28 and wanted to see some really small changes to it. Haven't heard from her since and have emailed twice with my concern for her not getting back to me. Plus, I've already paid for both the memorial and unity candle. So annoyed!!!!
