etsy vendor RAVE! (Bouquet/bout charms)

I cannot rave enough about this vendor. She made me one bout charm for FH and three bouquet charms and they came out AMAZING! Her proofs were dead on, she suggested sepia for my bouquet charms but color for FH bout and they came out awesome and she sent a photo of them right before they were finalized in case I wanted any changes. I seriously wish all vendors were this easy.
