Every time that I've gone to Europe I've used Royal Holiday Travel. They have offices in Sayville and Roslyn.

Same here although I wouldn't necessarily recommend them. I felt like I knew more about Greece than they did.

I did everything myself. Granted it did take awhile, many late nights researching where to stay and how long in each place. In the end my prices directly thru the hotels, pus airfare, insurance, rental car and extras came out cheaper than the TA's. I used the Rick Steve's books (some hotels give discounts if you mention his book), Fodors.com, Tripadvisor.com and since we did italy several Italy tourist websites. Looking back it was a lot of un to do.
