Thinking of going there for my bachelorette party. I've been to Lips a bunch of times and I heard the food at Lucky Chengs is bad. So that's how we came up with this place- alot of bachelorette parties go there but I only know one person who's been there personally. Thanks!

We had dinner for my sister's bachelorette party there. Yeah...a lot of bachelorettes! The food was good and we had a good time. They do sing-alongs and as I recall (it was like 4 years ago) it was pretty boisterous.

the whole place was nachelorette parties- (we went there for mine two weeks ago)- it was loud and fun and the food was pretty good. make sure you make a reservation in advance. it wasn't that expensive either

I liked it - very cute and good food. Really 'young' atmosphere (but not too young - not college-y or anything). It is noisy though!

I've been there a couple times but I didn't have the best experiences with them. After waiting hours (1.5-2 -even with reservations) for a table they sit you at a table that is not big enough for your group at all. The service was not the best but it does have a fun atmosphere. I know a bride on this board had a very bad experience with this place and her bachelorette party....with a drink being thrown on her by someone who worked there!!! But hey - this is only my experience. I have also heard very good.
I do recommend Puglia's - which is in Little Italy and similar theme but it is bigger. I went with a huge bachelorette party and we had a blast. There was another bachelorette party there as well. Everyone gets up on their chairs and dances and dances in the ailse. We had conga lines going - it was so much fun and relatively inexpensive........

I'm not a fan of this place. Several years ago, we were supposed to go for a friend's 'bachelorette' party and we had reservations but they made us wait for over 1-2 hours for a table and they were just rude. We got fed up with them and went somewhere else. I have not ever gone back and don't intend to.

I took my friend there for her bacheloerette party. We waited about 30 minutes even with a reservation. We had a very good time there, but one of the girls in the bridal party told us a story where her friends tried to take her there for HER party, but a few of her friends were late, and they would not seat the party until everyone was there. When they protested, the maitre d got angry and refused to seat them at all so they had to eat somewhere else!! SO my expereince there was pretty good but I did hear of this bad one. Just letting you all know

i didn't like the place, there is always a wait, even with a reservation - and then RIGHT after dinner they kick you out, they wouldn 't even let us order one more round of drinks before we left. Years ago it was nice, but lately they are very rude. Do a search, it's been discussed on the board before.

I have been there for a few birthday dinners with friends. It is nice and fun, but very small. I had a good time, but not great time. And when we were went there were plenty of young people. I second Puglias in Little Italy. It's bigger and I definately had a better time there. JMO.

I went there for a friends b-day and we didn't enjoy it much at all....JMO, but it's small loud and as everyone else said 'young' too. You may have a great time, but it just wasn't my thing.... And Merf, I had definite input on my bach. party too....My list was as follows:
1. NO strippers 2. NO 'scavenger' hunt type lists for the nights affairs...
and last but not least....
3. NO candy necklaces, tiaras, veils or anything that resembles a man's P@#is.

I went there about 2years ago. we had reservations for like 20,,,waited like 30 seconds. (friday night, had reservations). The food was great, lots of it too. Service was good too. I think the bride could have done without the icecream penis eat a banana out for the maitr'd mouth (he was a little old for my tase, and made him seem like a perve).
But we had a great time and went to Birdies B-party afterwards.
