Ever feel like killing a barking lil twerp dog?

This stupid thing will not stop... You think the freakin owner would put the damn thing in the house... I'd like to enjoy the fresh air and keep my windows open, but the sound is reallllly grating!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. The dog is in the yard behind my house so our yards are right next to each other and every time I go out into my yard that little nothing dog starts barking away and even tries to get under the fence. Now I have a 100 lb German Shepard that goes by the fence and looks at it like it is crazy and mind you if she wanted to she could eat it. My neighbor to my left said she (I know this is cruel) hopes it gets throat cancer because that's how bad it is.
