Ever feel that...

Ever feel that whatever RH you pick you might find yourself wishing you picked one of your other topic choices?

I just seem to analyze and second guess everything I do. I'm at least down to my final 3 choices and will be doing 1 more walk-thru at each within the next week.

It's between..
Chateau La Mer
Douglaston Manor
Fox Hollow

Maybe it's normal or I'm just too stressed, worried about regretting my RH decision.

I felt the same way knowing I only had to pick one out of the rest.

I'm like that too...I second guess EVERYTHING...but i'm sure you'll pick the RH that's right for you.

All of your choices are beautiful, so go with whoever gives you the best deal. And just remember, that day all you'll care about is that your FH is there and you guys are getting married!!!!

I don't feel that way at all. WM was the only place I saw and I booked the next day.

I guess I can compare it to a wedding dress - when it is the one you just know!

I've seen 19 Halls and still can't pick a winner.

But when I went dress shopping the 3rd dress I put on I knew was the one.

Go figure, it's usualy the other way around for most girls, they know by the 3rd or 4th hall

at first i was second guessing, i guess that's how it is with every big descision...now i couldn't be happier with my choice and i am SO excited!!

i love the RH i picked. it is absouletly beautiful (pictures in my album) & very close to my house. i just hope FH likes it. i may have a heart attack if he doesn't like it.

The best advice I took from people is when they told me not to visit to many RH because they said that it will just make you confused.

I'm exactly that way. I dont do well with too many options. I only went to a handful of places. One place was ruled out b/c of cost...and then I knew my first choice immediately. Although, I still 2nd guess myself...especially when I read about the better deals all the girls on here have been getting. I keep wondering if I should have been more conservative with the cost pp.

The Cottage was the first place I looked at and knew after walking out that it was the place......do another walk thru and I am sure that when you leave one of the places you will have that feeling

Yes!! We never did see CLM but we had really wanted to see it. I always worry that maybe that was 'the one'. There is hundreds of places to get married on LI is so hard. So many people were like 'Oh you should see...' I was like ahh I have seen about 500 places already! We also loved Fox Hollow to death because the winter garden room was so unique. In the end we just went with our feelings and we both agreed that we just felt 'it' when we walked through Westbury Manor. We also compared menus at every place.

Your lucky!! We saw 15 halls before Westbury Manor and when we finally drove up to WM we were like 'yes!' and booked the next day.

yes. when we first booked flowerfield i was kinda ehh about it. i loved their CH room but i thought their reception room was just ok.
but the more people i talk to about it have nothing but great things to say about it and rant and rave about how gret the hall is so then i became more confident in our decision

At first my fiance and I didn't like any RH we visited and thought we'd never find a place, then we ended up falling in love with the last place we went to. Anyway, what I'm saying is..never settle, you're putting a lot of money into this so you should be 100% happy.

im still second guessing all of them hence why i STILLLL havent booked... im driving FH crazy about it and he doenst even wnat to go see any more halls with me... he said his choice is FH lol he went to only 2 RH's but me its like i like this one this one this one lol and can find things wrong with everyone of them.. it drives me nutzzz

I felt the same way too but once i picked mine i was more than happy and don't think about the others!!!!

yes i am soo nervous... i been to about 12 places alredy booked at one..then canceled and now booking at the place i love this thursday!!! from this experience i realized you have to be happy you will just know the place that is right for you.

They're all basically the same with a few details that are different here or there. Stick with your gut and don't second guess yourself. Your wedding will be great regardless of the hall. All 3 of your choices have great reviews. Once I've picked something, I just forget about it because there's nothing that can be done about it anyway.
