how 'bout both? or just have the soup bc it's healthier, and if it doesn't cut it, have a glass of wine. and to answer you question, YES, sometimes I know I need something, but I don't know what it is. Salt, sugar, liquid, solid... The choices kill me.

i'm Always in the mood to eat. BUT i lack decision making skills... so i never eat b/c i can't decide what i want (and by the time i do, i'm too lazy to actually make anything). its a good diet plan though

I can NEVER make a decision when it comes to eating. DH always makes me try to pick the restaurant when we go out to eat and I never have any clue what I want. He gets so frustrated at me.
