ever wish you asked someone to be in your bridal party?

I know a lot of people have expressed problems with asking their BP too soon because they regretted ASKING someone, but has anyone ever regretted NOT ASKING someone?

I kind of wish I asked a friend of mine to be a BM, but dresses have already been ordered, she knows I picked a BP and I think it's too late (wedding is in Aug).

I would ask her! You could rush order the dress and she wil probably be honored!

i just added one of my cousin i was a lil embarassed because I felt she would be upset,, but she was fine with it,, Call the bridal shop and see if its ok to order another dress.. I did order the last dress after and the bridal keeper did mention it may be off a shade or two..

I had this exact problem. I wanted to sk one of my friends but we had gotten distant from each other because our FH's had a silly fight and didnt speak for months.

I wanted to ask her so bad but I was afraid that she would be hurt that so much time went by.

Fh told me just to ask her....

well I did and I AM GLAD THAT I DID! She felt honored and has been one of my most helpful girls.

I would have regretted it if I didn't- I SAY GO FOR IT!!!!

you can always include them in your wedding without being in the Bp. They can be ushers/usherettes, or they can help you out that day by being in charge of the gift/sign in table. it might not be exactly the same as a BM or GM, but at least they are able to be there for you.
