THE DAMN DRESS DIDNT FIT......I dont know what happened between Sept and now but my dress didnt fit today. I tried it on when it first came in Labor day weekend and today was my first official and it didnt close all the way...
I was almost in tears but my DOC, Cindy, was there and she was great. She calmed me down and assured me everything would be ok. I ordered my dress small and accomplished loosing 2 dress sizes but I guess when i started work and my semester started again in Sept i gained some weight. I know i stopped going to the gym as much but i didnt think i had gained that much weight. Now i have to pay for alterations and they have to let the dress out 1 inch on both sides but i know i can loose more, holidays or not...
I am so heaet broken. I was feeling so good about myself and the weight I had lost

That sucks but I bet it still looked awesome!!!!
If you go to the gym relentlessly through the holidays you can probably shed a few pounds. I joined weight watchers and it keeps me very aware of my weight. I gain weight like a champion. Lol.
If you are near Levittown, I go to the Planet Fitness on Hempstead Tpke. Maybe some of us can meet up and workout a few days a week? I would be up for Zumba in public, too.

It will all be ok- they deal with this all the time. You lost a lot of weight, and if you watch yourself over the holidays and get to the gym, you should be fine!

well don't stop feeling good about yourself because that is not going to help with your weight loss. Plus if you didn't lose the weight you would have gained it. Maybe it's not exactly what you wanted but it's not an easy time right now. Just stick with it...Good Luck
