You ladies are so supportive, thank you. I woke up this morning feeling so much better. I know I can do it. I am going to start kick boxxing again next week and get back on track. I am going to also take my lunch to work everyday so I dont have to order with my office. That combined with tons of water and tea I have no choice but to loose a few pounds and if I dont....SO WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will just have to make the dress fit me

Hints!!
water water water-- when your hungry drink water, most of the time our body needs more water and we confuse it with hunger

exercise: cardio plus weights, dont under estimate the power of lifting a few free weights and doing some core exercises

Portion control and color-- look at your plate, it should have lots of colors-- veggies and healthy food usually have a vibrant color. try and leave a little on your plate everytime you eat
