I put in my resume at a few places and I hope that I get a call soon. I answered an ad on career builders yesterday and got a call yesterday early evening. I go in on thursday at 5:30 for an interview which is so cool. Im crossing my fingers. All the places are closer to my house, which is great. I need some job dust from all you guys.

Lately it seems like every single person in my office has gotten a promotion or has left for a better job. I'm starting to look for a new job too now becuase I feel like I don't belong here at my job anymore and there's absolutely NO opportunity for me to advance in my division either. I also feel like I've somehow turned into the ol reliable grey mare - always depended on in a pinch but never given any credit and ignored the rest of the time .... it really sucks and I'm sick of feeling invisible here everyday
THAT IS TOTALLY HOW I FEEL.
Except I get to make coffee and I wasnt hired in anyway to make coffee and they do not pay for my drycleaning. I thought hubby would be upset cause I told him I want to stay home but I also want to work. Never can make up my mind. He actually smiled especially when I told him it would be closer to the house.

Well, at least we can take comfort in the fact that we're not alone in feeling like this!!! I don't understand the way some jobs work, I almost feel like everyone's just setting me up to leave on my own sometimes! Well, good luck to you - there's better jobs out there for all of us!!
