I like the green and the saphire, plus the plates and bowls are BIG... i like that too

Right now we have a mish mosh of some cute green and blue dishes from target, some red and black ones FH had, some white plastic ones... etc...
I want to register for a solid white trendy/modern set of every day dishes, like the kind you see at nice trendy restaurants. not sure if i want round or square or a mix. We are registered at BBB, Crate & Barrel and Macy's so I'm hoping to find a set at one of those. There are so many choices though!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Corell(?) white square. They are from Wal-Mart but man I love them. You can't break them and they match everything

I think this is what we have currently as our main dishes:
We have 4 big plates in green, 4 in blue, 2 smaller places (square) in blue and 4 in green, and 4 of blue/green in the tall bowls. They sold them separately in packs of 4 for each type of plate/bowl so I'm not sure if this is exactly it.
... except we only have 3 green square plates becuase i dropped one a few months ago
I had everyday dishes but I decided that since I wasn't getting formal china that I better just get new everyday dishes- these are mine (in lilac of course since I love purple)
They're from Macy's btw and they have quite a few colors as well to choose from. They're also microwave and dishwasher safe and I think you can also put them in the oven.
I am so jealous of everyone's everyday dishes. FH really didn't want new dishes--my parents recently gave us a HUGE set of Correlle which is pretty and perfectly serviceable...but it's not what I picked out.
I really agree with FH that buying new everyday would be wasteful since we have such a great set. And, if we don't register for everyday, we'll probably get more of the fine china off our registry. But I definitely have a case of the bridal gimmees.
