It took me an hour and 45 minutes to drive home from work. There were accidents everywhere. Is everyone ok?????

i skided right through a red light goint 10 miles. Thank God it wasn't a busy area

That was scary! I started skidding and the car wouldn't stop, I wasn't even going that fast!

i left work at 4:00. took me 3 hrs to get home...

i slid into an intersection when my light turned red...and I was going slow. thank god for that e-brake. Then I went around an accident and was in the left lane 5 cars back waiting to turn...all of a sudden i hear revving of the engine and i look in my rearview and see a van skidding out and heading right towards me. I just gave it up to god and made the sign of the cross...he got it under control and didn't hit me. thats about the time i said 'uhhhh yeah, time to go home'

FH picked me up from work and a normally 5 min ride took almost a half hour.

we were driving so slow the roads were bad.

better safe then sorry.

i hope all you girlies made it home safe.

i left queens at 300 and got home 415 only about 15-20 min more than usual. the main roads/pkwys were fine (but there were some accidents)

the side streets were bad though - i was going sooo slow and i was still sliding when breaking

I wish- i work in queens and it took me 2 1/2 hrs!
