Hello Ladies!! I'm starting my registry this week and I was curious what were your Must Haves on your registries? What things do you have that you L ve??? Recently I won a free Dyson vacuum and I must tell you....it is amazing! I highly doubt that I ever would have gotten one if I hadn't gotten one for free! So, what do you suggest?

of the gifts from our engagement party, we really love our wusthof chef's knife, calphalon cookware set, and lenox tuscany glasses (so beautiful!)
i haven't had the shower yet, so i haven't gotten a lot of the big stuff. we have our fingers crosses that someone will buy us the kitchenaid food processor we want.

My must have was pots & pans, FMIL wanted to buy us them for christmas a couple of years ago and I told FH that I would not get new ones until we were engaged, and his parents bought them for us for our engagement gift!!

GOOD pots and pans....that was something that I would never spend the money on myself!!!! it was also good to get some of the wedding stuff like toasting flutes so I didtn have to worry about that .... cake cutter and server, oh and my future sister in laws got me and my husband a monogrammed bag with EVERYTHING you will ever need on a honeymoon(sunblock,tanning oil,travel size EVERYTHING,just married bikini,just married flip flops) but I dont think you can really register for that stuff.

I had it before registering but I love the ROOMBA. Run it every day when i leave for work and it really keeps the dust bunnies down. :) Oh, and a really good set of knives, we received the Wusthof ones, they are excellent!!!

the kitchenaid mixer is a pretty much standard for bridal registries - if only because it's fun to pick your color!
for me the things I've loved and used the most: a good set of stainless steel cookware a really good knife set cuisinart food processor
the last thing I got off my registry was my dyson animal vacuum, from my parents - I haven't even taken it out of the box yet because my apartment has just been a disastrous mess since the wedding! I'm working on cleaning today so I can finally test it out!

I agree about the knife set.... and I love the Grind and Brew from Cuisinart.
I registered for a really nice feather bed and down comforter that I would never have splurged on myself
I do NOT recommend putting too many sets of towels on your registry. They seemed to be a 'default' gift for people that wanted to veer away from the registry. I am not joking when I say I received about 25 sets of towels (partly due to a BBB problem)

I LOVE my KitchenAid mixer and food processor! Someone also bought us a chop-a-bowl and it saves me a ton of time chopping veggies (of course). I also have a great cast iron stove top griddle that has two sides, one that's ridged and one that's flat. There's nothing like fresh pancakes in the morning that were cooked on a cast iron griddle! I'm definitely registering for a slow cooker. I can't wait to let it cook while I'm at work and come home to the smell of dinner!!!
