yes, unless you definetly know what heel height you are wearing.....so they can do your hem

yes. At least get a pair that is the height that you want so they can heam your skirt properly

At least bring shoes with the proper heel. Unless your dress will need alot of other alterations besides the hem. Have you seen it yet? You can always buy shoes just for the fitting and then return them. Did you notice your posts are 1234?
