My computer wasn't working properly so I took it to Best Buy to see what the problem was. I was only able to open one window at a time. I sat there for an hour and half for this guy to tell me that he couldn't figure it out and would need to work on it tomorrow. He says he is going to charge me. I said 'NO I have a warranty' he says ok and copies it. I get a call on my answering machine today saying my computer needs a tune up and update to Anti Virus software and they can do it for me. 29.99 for the tune up (that I don't need) and 29.99 to install virus software-- that I don't need yet. SO I went to pick up my computer say no thank you to their crap and leave. I get home and am still having the same problems, but I was watching as the tech was trying to diagnose my computer and when the same error popped up I googled it and found step by step instructions on how to fix. Two minutes later my computer is back to normal. Somebody please pay me $60 an hour!!!!

ok here is your $60.00.is it comming out of the computer.........hmmmmm, not working.....ok, see if you can fix it so the money comes out and when you do............PLEASE E-MAIL ME only and let me know how you did it............

I think that's great. But I also think you should have some sort of anti-virus software on your computer.

Oh I do have it but it is going to expire in a few months and he wanted me to buy a new one now. FH has the disk already but it's there in NY with him. I will install it when I get home.
