Everytime I see a wedding cake...

I get angry on the inside..because our cake looked nothing like it was suppose to and it annoys me

I'm PMS'ing so I'm remembering how our cake was. No biggie, we still had an amazing day, but it just bugs me now. Hah. Oh well.

This is what it was suppose to resemble...

Sigh. Whatever, it's all said and done and it didn't even bug me that day, I just let it go...I'm just not sure why they made it so different and added stupid purple dots and flowers on it.

Yeah, it's really pretty but def. not what you showed them. Although, how far would complaining really get you at this point?

Just because you didn't pay extra doesn't mean that you didn't pay for it

It is nowhere near what you were supposed to get

See if you can get a credit or anything

oh i thought you upgraded sorry :(. I really would call them and tell them about how unhappy you were with your cake and the fact that they couldnt do anything for you for not reaching your minimum. You worked very hard to plan a perfect day and should be able to have EVERYTHING you wanted the way you wanted it!

I had the same thing happen. Call and complain. My bakery did the right thing and apologized, gave a credit and a top tier free on our anniversary

This.....

They didnt look out for you when u realized you didnt meet the minimun and they cake is beautiful but toally off, so I would look for some type of compensation.

ughh that makes me so mad- it's like false advertisement to the MAX and these ppl think u wont complain bc the wedding is now over and they cant go back and do it again! How annoying! I would def call, complain, ask for some kind of reimbursement and tell them that you are telling EVERYONE you know about their false cake pics!!!!!!!!!!! It will give them a bad rep, but ppl need to be warned! That's ridiculous!!!!!!!!
