Going tomorrow night to pick out our menu. We are doing the Sit down dinner (the basic package). We wanted to upgrade the beef choice to Filet Mignon - anyone do this or know what they would charge for this? I only see it as an option under the Premier dinner and I don't see it on the upgrade section?? TIA

Re: EW brides?
I am an EW bride but I think that I must have had the premier menu because we had filet mignon. It was delicious!

Re: EW brides?
It should be under the Basic Package as well because that's what we had. At the top of the dinner menu page, there should be two choices for beef: filet mignon or new york strip steak (I think) and then you choose one.
