Going tomorrow night to pick out our menu. We are doing the Sit down dinner (the basic package). We wanted to upgrade the beef choice to Filet Mignon - anyone do this or know what they would charge for this? I only see it as an option under the Premier dinner and I don't see it on the upgrade section?? TIA

Ihave no idea what they charge just thought I would let you know. My sister had her wedding at EW and I had the filet and it was AMAZING!! I think it is the same receipe that Desmond's Steak House uses. It was soooooo good!!!
