I bought my shoes online from DB and they were too big, even though I actually went to the store and tried on the exact same size.
They wouldn't let me exchange them in store and said I need to do it online.
Super annoying. I'll prolly just return them completely to spite them

Can I tell you something without having the boards yell at me???
Bring it back and tell them you don't have the receipt. Than they can issue you a store credit and you can put it towards something else. Its an idea, esp. if they don't have free returns.
