Excel Guest List Help

HELP! I am tryng to make my guest list in excel and I dont know how to use it!!!

What titles should I put at the top of each cell?

Name? Address? Should I do it alphabetical? Organize by family? Friends?

Thanks for any help!

Name Address City State Zip

Then you can get word to mail merge to envelopes or labels.

also add Gifts, Thank you notes, and RSVP (yes or no?)

Make 2 sheets on the same file. Sheet one for your friends and fam, sheet 2 for FH's fam and friends. At least that's what I did

I read once somewhere that to do a mailmerge you need to have 'mr and Mrs.' in a seperate cell. Is that true??

Not necessarily true. You can do it both ways.

It may be a little late for some of you who have already done your lists, but I discovered something really cool called Google forms. You need a gmail account, but you can set up a form for your guests to fill out and submit. After they submit it, it goes into an organized excel worksheet for you.

Here's what my form looks like that I emailed to my family and friends.

Address form
