Excellence Playa Mujeres Girls

Hi! FH and I are thinking of booking Excellence Playa Mujeres for our Honeymoon, but we can't decide on a package... What package did you or are you booking? I like having the swim up option but I also like the idea of the private terrace. Please help me decide

we got the best room with the vip club package its the 2 story roof top terrace. I cant wait to go on my honeymoon!!!

Okay I am crashing but I stayed here for my honeymoon...

I DO NOT recc the swimout bc believe it or not it is really less private...its the same room as the jr suite with the bed on the terrace BUT you are two feet from where other guests are swimming so if you want to lay with DH on the your terrace it isnt private...we had the reg jr suite (same as this but 2nd floor) and it was so great and private...a few cples with swimout were unhappy bc of the lack of privacy....HTH

As far as the roof top terrace it is gorgeous..we were going to get it but didnt...I am glad we saved the $$ bc the reg. room IS HUGE it is over 800 sq feet...seperate living room, jacuzzi in a seperate closed off area with windows over looking the pool/beach....so while the roof top terrace is awesome if you wanted to save $$ the regular rooms really are huge, new, and hooked up very nicely

also as far as the Excellence Club...I didnt notice any perks other than a club house you could use

the resturants dont require reservations (with Sandals and other all inlcusives usually you pay for this option so you can go to any resturants..)

a cple we met had it and they said they didnt think it was worth it HTH

yay!!!! honeymoon!!!!

we booked the 2-story oceanfront excellence club suite. we really wanted an oceanfront view which you can only book with the excellence club upgrade. plus we were planning on getting a massage package anyway. so it was more expensive, but i think this is the only time when we can justify splurging on upgrades.

i liked the private rooftop idea alot, we are hoping we can get something really private, i doubt the swimup suites have much privacy.

that would be so cool if you booked then we could hang out on our honeymoon!!!!!!!!! i think we are going to the swim up bc i want to jump in the pool straight from the room

It depends on how long you stay, I think it was about $4,500 for the week with the roof top terrace. I have to talk to the travel agent again.
