Excellence Riviera Cancun- Excellence Club Upgrade???
So we booked our honeymoon about 2 months ago and we went with a Junior Suite with Spa View. I could tell my travel agent wasnt too familiar with the resort because I was the one who told her about it after reading on here about it.
I've read a lot of reviews on tripadvisor talking about having the excellence package or upgrading to the excellence club. I think someone recently wrote a review about going on their honeymoon and they had received this treatment. Special add-on's I assume that wouldnt have normally be included.
Basically, I am looking to find out what the difference is and how would I go about upgrading if I should wait to do it at check in or does it need to be done ahead of time??
Also, what was included?
TIA!
