we FINALLY locked in our interest rate today on our new condo! that means, at the MOST only 60 days till closing we are hoping for end of May!!! YAY its been a long 6 months!

congrats! can u believe the sponsor of our condo wants to close mid may and we still havent secured a mortgage commitment?? my broker says another week or so.. AHHHHHH..
