Any feedback about this hotel for blocking rooms? My mom went and looked at a sample room and she said the facilities looked nice. The shuttle service is so convenient for OOT guests.
I was all about it until I saw some threads on here where the girls said they had bad experiences with rooms not being up to par, nasty reception, etc... I didnt know if the posts were outdated so I want to know what you think!
Has anyone had a good/bad experience here within the last year?

we booked the executive inn and so far everyone there is extremely nice and helpful.. jessica who blocks all the rooms is a sweetheart!! its a really nice hotel for the price. and the shuttle is excellent for guests..
you have to block at least 10 rooms . at least 7 have to get booked to get the discounted rate.. if rooms are not booked 1 month before the wedding date , they just release them. im not having any doubts as far as blocking rooms there despite a few negative posts.. there is a fox hollow thread on BHB .. mostly all the girls on there are blocking with executive inn

Tara!! here you are....I actually blocked out rooms at this hotel for my wedding, they seem nice and the people there at the Best Western are helpful. Plus, the shuttle service is good (and free) so that's another plus about the place. I checked out the rooms and they're not bad, and for only about 100 bucks a night, it seems like a good deal

I used them for my wedding and they did a good job. None of my guests had a complaint about them and everyone loved the shuttle service. it isn't a 5 star place, but it was clean and well situated.
The shuttle was late picking up my guest from the catering hall. But i don't know how much of that was the driver and how much was the hotel.
Jessica was very helpful and very easy to work with though.

I stopped by and no one was in to talk to. I called twice and left a message, but no one ever got back to me. Could you tell me how much you were quoted per night? Thanks.

I was quoted 99 for a double bed room, and 109 for a king bed room

i booked rooms there and my exp was the same was deannandave's except the night of the wedding the shuttle never came back for my guests. we had to call the hotel to have them send it back at 11:30- the scheduled pick up time. once we called they came. but then they were supposed to come back for a 2nd group of guests including me and DH. when we called to see where they were and te hotel said it had to go to ohek a 1st then on the way back they would stop by the WCC and get us. well 30 mins later the shuttle still wasn't there so we called a cab.

I had no problems there and my guests seemed to have a good time.
