exercise

i have been working out for a nearly two months and no results and im getting so frustrated. i try to eat healthy but i do have chocolate at least once a day which i did before i moved to england (i ate lots of junk) and i have gained weight, go figure! I am so upset about all of this. I decided to get a trainer for the last 8 weeks i am here. The question is how many days should i use him. One or two? I have no idea!

Please help! thanks for listening

Re: exercise

what I've found (I've lost 10 lbs since January) is that portion control is REALLY important. You can really eat what you want (to a degree), but just eat a lot less of it!!!! Become realy conscious of when you are 'full' and don't eat just to eat.

HTH!

Re: exercise

I had mine 2 days a week

I think you seriously need to look at your diet- there are losts of websites that you can plus your weight and activity level into and see how many caloires a day you need to lose weight

I just did it- and to lose Lb a week I need to cut back 1350- that not a lot- you really have to watch what you eat

eating a little chocolate once a week is fine- but not every day if you are trying to lose weight

I agree with what Alicia says. I really watch my portion sizes and limit my alcohol consumption and I lost 7 ponds in three months. I don't need to lose any more, just working to tone up now.
