Exercises to help your upper back/arms- QUICKLY!!

Can anyone recommend exercises that target the upper back (think bra strap area)???

I just need to tone it up a bit more and need some help.

I do lat pulls and rowing machine and can't seem to get the results I want. My wedding is in one month from today, need to see results fast!

Thanks!!!

do you want less fat in that area, or more muscle in that area?

If you wnat less fat, then your diet and added cardio will help.

How is your diet? What do you eat everyday?

switch up your cardio by adding HIIT(High intensity intervals) 2x per week on the treadmill orby running outside.

keep up the weight training, but increase the weight if you can do more than 8 reps per set.

I'd like less fat AND more muscle.

I eat regularly throughout the day, mainly fiber, protein, veggies.

for the triceps
1.chest presses with dumbells, or bar
2.tricep push downs with the cables
3.Pushups

for upper back
1. pull ups (on the assisted pull up machine if you can't do them without help)
2. seated rows or barbell rows
3. rear delts- chest fly machine sitting backwards
