How many people here used EAP? How long did it take you to hear back from them initially? I filled out the contact form on their website last week, and I still haven't heard back. :( I sent them individuals emails this morning as well, so hopefully I hear back soon!

I'm using EAP. I think Christine took a day or 2 to get back to my email. Her responses were pretty quick. We spoke via email and each time she gave me a quick response. Have you looked at her calendar online to see if she's busy with weddings this week?
